A limited number of advertisements will be accepted by this website subject to the following conditions:
- All advertisements will pertain to the subject of multi-use trails in the Miami Valley (Southwest Ohio) region of Ohio.
- All advertisements will provide to the user of the Miami Valley Trails content that will help them enjoy the trails. That is advertisements for Hotels, Motels, B&Bs, Campgrounds, Bicycle Shops, Restaurants, and other food and drink establishments near or on the trail qualify for placement on this website.
- All advertisements will consist of a single photo and/or corporate logo with text copy and a link to your website on one Miami Valley RailTrails webpage. Your advertisement will normally appear on the webpage of this site which most closely conforms to the location of your business.
- All advertisements will be in compliance with applicable laws.
- All advertisements will be labeled as "Featured Merchant" and "Advertisement" prominently.
- One advertisement as mentioned above will cost $150.00 per year. See a Typical Advertisement
- Miami Valley RailTrails will be the final arbitrator as to which proposed advertisement will be accepted. No illegal or adult oriented advertisements will be accepted nor will advertisements not in compliance with the qualifications set forth above. Advertisements and advertisers that change their content to a prohibited one (see above) after the advertisement is accepted will be removed from the website. No repayment will be made in those cases.
- The Management of Miami Valley RailTrails reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or part of these Terms, including but not limited to any term, applicable fee, policy, or guideline, at any time without notice or acceptance by You, Regardless of whether Miami Valley RailTrails has provided individual notice to You, Your continued use of the website following Our notice or posting of changed Terms will constitute Your acceptance of such changes. It is Your responsibility to check regularly for changes to the Terms and ensure that any contact information You provide to us is updated and correct.
