18 June 2011- Xenia Ohio Community Homecoming Picnic and Bike Parade - 5 mile Bike Parade in a loop around Xenia. There will be a picnic at Shawnee Park from noon to 2. The bike parade will be from 2 to 4 with local bars and restaurants providing "rest stops.
Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure (GOBA) - (18 - 25 June) - GOBA will be in London, Ohio 22 & 23 June, 2011. They are looking for volunteers to help support GOBA.
23 - 24 July Young's Ice Cream Charity Bike Tour - There are several rides and mileages including the full two day, 83 mile tour and as short as a one day 28 mile ride. If you'd like to train for the Tour they have Rally Rides starting Saturday 16 April.

(All Summer) - Here are the events that will take place all Summer in 2011

Bob Rides Schedule - ( All Summer) The Springfield group has a series of rides every week on Tuesday and Thursday nights as well as a number of other rides all Summer. Click Here or above to see the entire schedule.
Bike With A Ranger - (Bicycle Tours And Interpretive Programs) - This all Summer event allows you to see historical aviation venues in the Dayton area accompanied with a National Parks Service Ranger. See Their Brochure (Here or above) for events and times.
Outdoor Activities and Events Calendar - This calendar is from the new Go 4 The Outdoors website. It's a website put up by several Outdoor Recreation Retailers that sponsor outdoor equipment and events. The calendar looks to be a good one.

Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar - All interested should also see the Ohio Bicycling Federation's Comprehensive Bicycling Events Calendar.

Bike for the Health Of It - (All Summer ) Five Rivers MetroParks series of bicycle rides continue this Spring and Summer. The rides start at one of the MetroParks on different Montgomery County multi-use trails. See their Web Page for more information.

Courteous Mass - Monthly street cycling rides - These rides will be held the first Friday of every month starting at 20 N. Jefferson St. in downtown Dayton. The rides are .5 hour and begin at 4:45 PM. Click Here or on the photo at right to see and print their brochure.

Courteous Mass is a monthly urban cycling ride in Dayton. Held on the first Friday every month, Courteous Mass seeks to raise the visibility of cyclists. Courteous Mass encourages riders to observe all traffic laws, share the road with cars, and expect that motorists will do the same.
Come see how fun and easy street cycling can be. Ride with us and see the city from your bike, and be seen on your bike!

Cardinal Greenway To Host Bike Racing Events - I was told that the Cardinal Greenway Trail folks in Indiana will be having a series of four racing events starting 30 April 2011. Here are some details below. On their website look under "Events". More information coming.

18 June - 10Km Run - 5Km Walk - See their Brochure Here
30 July - Great Greenway Tour 2011 - 11th Annual bike ride along the Cardinal Greenway hosted by Muncie's Delaware Cycling Club.
