On this page I will have information about Friends Groups as follows: 

•  Information about each of he local Friends of the Trail's Groups that support local trails; who they are, what trail they support, a link to their web page and a point of contact. 
  
  

• A source for the beginning of information about supporting "our" trail from one group to another. In this section we will share "best practices" for supporting our trail. 

  • Friends of the Trail Facebook Pages - The Clinton County Trails Coalition (CCTC)  has established a Facebook Page titled:
    I Love the Wilmington, Ohio Trails . They are using it to reach their community and build support for additional trail building. Perhaps this is an idea that other Friends Groups should adopt.

  • Friends of the Little Miami Scenic Park have established a Facebook page as well. See:

• A website location where we,  the existing "Friends" groups,  can encourage the development of "Friends" groups for current trails that do not have a sponsor. 

The "Friends of the Trails" Groups that I know of will be posted here. I will add "Missing Friends Group" for those trails that do not yet have a "Friends Group. This will encourage the formation of such a group! We also hope that each trail group will host a friends board ride to continue to build relationships and learn how others have made their trails great.
