A Little Miami Scenic Trail Guide by Norm Haywood  - (Adobe Acrobat) - This information is a personal account of things of interest along the Little Miami Scenic Trail. You may wish to read or print it.  

 Route: The Little Miami Scenic Trail is over 76 miles long. The trail starts at Springfield in Clark County. From there the trail runs South through Yellow Springs and Xenia in Greene County. Then  the trail travels through Corwin, Oregonia, Morrow, Foster in Warren County, Loveland,  Milford in Clermont County  and Terrace Park in Hamilton County. As of June 2006 the trail ends at the Little Miami Golf Center South of Terrace Park. The trail has been extended Southwest of Milford into Hamilton County  (dedicated June 2006)  After the trail reaches Lunken Airport it will be continued South to meet the Ohio River Trail will take it to Cincinnati and the Ohio River. 

  • Route North (From Xenia Station) - The Little Miami Scenic Trail starts at the Xenia Station and proceeds 9.7 miles North to Yellow Springs Ohio .From there the trail is 7 miles from Yellow Springs to Springfield (I-70). From I-70 the trail is a combination of dedicated multi-use trail and shared use streets of about 3 miles to end the Little Miami Scenic Trail at the Heritage Center in downtown Springfield.   • Route South -  The trail runs South from Xenia Station approximately 56 miles to Spring Valley, Corwin, Morrow, Loveland and Milford. South of Milford the trail has been extended in June 2006 to the Little Miami Golf Center. Please see below for the links to my trail reviews of the entire trail section by section.
