Newsletter December 2004 - In this issue you'll find information on new trails being planned in New Carlisle.  See new status on the Xenia-Jamestown Connector construction and Buck Creek Trail Extension construction. There is new construction on the Ohio To Erie Trail East of London. And there is a new short trail in downtown Dayton, the Mad River Recreation Trail (North Bank).

Newsletter November 2004 - If this issue I'll tell you about visiting the new trial system in Miami County as well as visiting the new Xenia-Jamestown Connector to report to you how the trail construction is coming along. There's a new look to the Home Page and I'm adding printable maps to the website. 

Newsletter October 2004  Do you remember back in April 2004 I told you all about the construction plans for the area for this year and the funding for trail construction in future years? Well, this month's newsletter tells you what was actually built this year. Also the Simon Kenton Trail Phase III was dedicated. See my new webpage and pictures! I have also placed a Miami Valley RailTrails ScreenSaver on the site for you use. It's FREE and a Thank You! present for all my readers. 

Newsletter September 2004 New bridge and trail section at Wesleyan MetroPark on the Wolf Creek Recreation Trail. There is more about the new trail section of the "Great Connection" in  Middletown as well as updates to the master list of trails in Ohio. I got a nice mention in Midwest Bike Magazine that my friends at Friends of Madison County Parks and Recreation were nice enough to publicize for me. Finally there is some information about my friend Glenn Oster who has ridden our trails recently and extensively and has provided us with two more of his excellent articles. 

Newsletter August 2004  There is more information about website updates. A new bridge was built at Wesleyan MetroPark by Five Rivers MetroParks. There is a new Lebanon Countryside Trail being built from the Little Miami Scenic Trail near Loveland to Lebanon. And I have  information about a new website that is about the history of the Little Miami Scenic Trail. 

Newsletter July 2004 - The Simon Kenton Trail in Champaign County is almost finished, the new Siebenthaler Bridge in Dayton is now open and Lance Armstrong won his sixth Tour de France. Read about his Lance Armstrong Foundation for cancer survivors, like Lance himself. 

Newsletter June 2004 -   New information about parking, water and restrooms on many pages. New pictures on Creekside Trail and Creekside Recreation Trail. I've completed revised the Xenia to Yellow Spring trail. 

Newsletter May 2004 -   Trail construction news in Warren County, the T-Connector, a "plug" for the Ohio Bicycle Events Calendar and dedication of the trail to London 24 June 2004. This newsletter is a continuation of April's "Trail Construction in the Miami Valley".

Newsletter April 2004 - There is a lot of trail construction scheduled for this year. Read all about it in this month's newsletter. 

Newsletter March 2004  Centerville-Washington Park District is seeking input for citizens for trails to be built in their area. Also more news on the South Charleston to London trail to be finished by this Summer. 

Newsletter January 2004  Just a short note on a snowy Winter's Day to remind all my readers that Spring IS coming! Also information about proposed mandatory helmet bills in Kentucky and Ohio.
