Newsletter December 2005 - Trail in Taylorsville MetroPark closes for I-70 construction. New trail spur being built to Ellis Park in Yellow Springs. Progress being made on plan to build trail Northeast from Eastwood MetroPark to Huffman MetroPark, Wright Brothers Bikeway and to Clark County. Lebanon Countryside Trail finally completed.

Newsletter November 2005 - Trail South from Middletown is completed. Beavercreek Trail Connector dedicated. New additions to Trail Etiquette and Safety page. New Dayton Daily News Blog started on cycling and this Website Doubles Usage for 2005.

Newsletter October 2005 - The new trail South from Middletown nears completion. New Miami-2-Miami webpage added. Trail Etiquette Page updated and new pictures and maps on Milford to Lunken Airport page. The City of Riverside is planning a trail spur. The City of Beavercreek is adding new bicycle routes to the city and the new trails map is available from Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission's new website.

Newsletter September 2005 - The Prairie Grass Trail gets additional funding, Simon Kenton Trail Phase IV will be dedicated 24 Sept, the Lebanon Countryside Trail nears completion and there is a new map of the trails in Montgomery, Greene and Miami County available from the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC) .

Newsletter August 2005 - Trail construction in Taylorsville MetroPark Tipp City and South of Middletown. Miami County receives funds for more trail construction.

Newsletter July 2005 - New trails in Troy and Lebanon. I am completely revising my Hotels, Motels, B&Bs and Campgrounds page and have added a Website Statistics page to the site. I have revised the Great Miami River Recreation Trail [GMRRT] (Dayton) pages and the Section 2 of the GMRRT in Miami County page.

Newsletter June 2005 - New trails in Springfield ( Buck Creek Trail and Simon Kenton Trail Phase IV), new trail in Beavercreek (Beavercreek Trail Connector) and the Prairie Grass Trail is extended East of London. More trail in Miami County to open 21 July. New web pages, new pictures and new descriptions of the ever widening, ever enlarging Miami Valley Trails System!

Newsletter May 2005 - City of Riverside plans trail connectors, Beavercreek Connector almost finished and five trails in the Miami Valley reach completion. The City of Terrace Park agrees to construction of trail and I am continued to update my List of Trails in Ohio.

Newsletter April 2005 - New funds for the Iron Horse Trail, Three County Trail and The Tecumseh Trail. Trail construction on the Mad River Recreation Trail and The Great Miami River Recreation Trail {GMRRT] in Warren & Butler Counties. I have made a lot of changes to the website with several new pages and revised ones.

Newsletter March 2005 - Beavercreek Trail Connector construction from Creekside Trail to Rotary Park in Beavercreek. New map and information about the construction on the Mad River Recreation Trail at the Findlay Street bridge. How this website gets updated? Ohio Master List of Trails is updated .Regional Trails and Greenways Symposium to be held in Cincinnati 22 April 2005.

Newsletter February 2005 - Bridge construction at Taylorsville MetroPark in 2006 as well as a new bridge at Washington Street over the Great Miami River Recreation Trail. New funding for the Prairie Grass Trail. The Kettering Recreation Trail is renamed the Iron Horse Trail as well as information about the construction of the Lebanon Countryside Trail. I also have made a number of improvements to the website adding new photos and information for your use.

Newsletter January 2005 - See new promotional Ohio License Plates you can buy to help cycling. A new 1.4 mile section of the Great Miami River Recreation Trail (Northern Segment) to be built in 2005. A new two mile segment of the Kettering Recreation Trail. There is other construction news that you should read including detours over current trails.
