Butler County

MIDDLETOWN TRAIL  a part of The Great Miami River Recreation Trail [GMRRT] in Warren & Butler Counties
Butler County
6.5 miles in Middletown Ohio. 
This trail segment will be a part of the GMRRT. This 28 mile trail is being built from Crains Run Nature Park in Montgomery County South through Franklin in Warren County, Middletown in Butler County to finally end at an existing trail South of Hamilton also in Butler County. 

GREAT MIAMI RIVER RECREATION TRAIL [GMRRT] IN  WARREN & BUTLER COUNTIES (In Construction)
 This  trail will connect the Great Miami River Recreation Trail (Montgomery County- Dayton) south 28 miles along the Great Miami River through Warren and Butler counties to Hamilton. Trail segments are as follows:
Crains Run Nature Park to Franklin 3.7 miles
Franklin to Middletown - not built but funded - about 4 miles when built
Middletown Trail   - 6.56  miles
Middletown to Hamilton - not built - in planning
City of Hamilton Trail - about 5 miles.
City of Fairfield Trail - In planning South from Waterworks Park  

Champaign County

SIMON KENTON TRAIL   (Completed  Phase4)
Clark and Champaign Counties
17.9 miles from Springfield to Urbana (now complete) 
Construction for Phase 4  from where Simon Kenton Trail crosses the Buck Creek Trail (additional 2 miles) to downtown Springfield is complete. This bikeway runs North from Springfield Ohio to Urbana Ohio. Along the way it skirts the Cedar Bog. It runs along the Erie-Lackawanna right of way.

LITTLE MIAMI SCENIC TRAIL - The Little Miami Scenic Trail runs some 78 miles from Springfield Ohio in the North to South of Milford (outside Cincinnati). Since it runs through several counties, there are several jurisdictions and names for the trail. From Xenia to Yellow Springs the trail is called locally the Yellow Springs Bikeway. From Xenia to Milford it's called the Little Miami Scenic Trail but since it runs through the Little Miami Scenic Park,  there is another link to the web site maintained for the park.

50 Miles (South from Xenia) in four Ohio Counties; Greene, Warren, Clermont and Hamilton

TRI-COUNTY TRIANGLE TRAIL - This trail through Fayette, Highland and Ross counties is partially open
A total of 30.4  miles are completed and completed as follows: Chillicothe to SR 138 (approx 17.2 miles), Robinson Road to Fairview Road in Fayette County (approx 5.7 miles), 3.5 miles through Washington Court House. 1.0 miles in Greenfield along Paint Creek and 3.0 miles from Chillicothe City Limit to Bridge Street

Abandoned Railroad - Unknown?

XENIA STATION
Is the hub of the Greene County trails. Trails connect from the Station in five directions as follows:
Little Miami Scenic Trail North to Springfield and 
Little Miami Scenic Trail  South to Milford (near Cincinnati), 
Creekside Trail , West to Dayton and the 
Prairie Grass Trail
  Northeast to Columbus 
Xenia-Jamestown Connector
  to Jamestown and Washington-Court House. 
The Station is finished  Xenia on US Route 68 just South of the Courthouse. It has  a parking lot, restrooms and lockers.

5.5 miles East and West Trail runs from Troy-Sidney Road on the east side of town, to Spiker Road to the West.

3.6 miles from Lock 9 Park in downtown Piqua to connect with the Canal Run at Roadside Park .

RIVERS EDGE SECTION SOUTH

Montgomery County

CREEKSIDE RECREATION TRAIL  - complete
Montgomery County 
Five Rivers MetroParks (Montgomery County)
This route connects the Mad River Recreation Trail  which currently runs from Dayton to Eastwood MetroPark. At the park the "Creekside Recreation Trail runs East to connect with the Creekside Trail which starts at the Greene County line (Interstate I-675 at US-35).and County line (Interstate I-675 at US Route 35) and ends at the Xenia Station in Xenia, Ohio where it connects to four other trails. 

GREAT MIAMI RIVER RECREATION TRAIL (Northern Segment) The Second  Phase is completed. This trail, will run from Taylorsville MetroPark South along the Great Miami River and will connect to the Great Miami River Recreation Trail at Triangle Park.

GREAT MIAMI RIVER RECREATION TRAIL (Montgomery County - complete)

This bikeway runs along the Great Miami River in Dayton Ohio. From its North terminus at Sinclair Park to its Southern end at Crains Run Metro Park, the Bikeway travels 22.6 miles on the Great Miami River.

STILLWATER RIVER RECREATION TRAIL  AKA Englewood Bike Trail Recreation Trail 
Montgomery County
There are two sections of trail open with a 4 mile break between them. They are:
Stillwater River Recreation Trail (North) - Jake Grossnickle Park to Englewood MetroPark (2 miles)
Stillwater River Recreation Trail (South) - Island MetroPark North to Sinclair Park (3.8 miles) 
Follows the Stillwater River
Five Rivers MetroParks 
Plans are being made to connect these two trail segments by Five Rivers MetroParks 

WOLF CREEK RECREATION TRAIL
Montgomery County/Trotwood to Brookville and Verona
13 miles/asphalt (newly paved)

Conrail (Pennsylvania)
This trail runs from Trotwood (Northwest of Dayton) 13 miles through Brookville to Verona Ohio.
