The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has delayed the next phase of the project to replace the O'Bannon Creek Bridge until October 1, 2023. It is expected the existing bridge and the trail will be open in this location through September.
The project is now expected to be completed by May 15, 2024. The Little Miami Scenic Trail will be closed at O'Bannon Creek (just north of Nisbet Park in Loveland) for the entire 7 1/2 month project period (October 2023 to May 2024). This closure will begin just as the project at Grandin Road is completed and the trail reopens near the historic Peters Cartridge Company and Cartridge Brewing.
