Bike the 'Boro

The Bike The 'Boro event is the first part of a great day of fun in Springboro on August 30!

Starting at 10:00am on Saturday, August 30 at North Park, participants will be able to experience Springboro on three different bike courses that have been mapped out throughout the City. 3, 10 and 16-mile courses have been set up (with maps below) for people of all ages to enjoy at any pace you choose! All three courses will begin and end at North Park, so when you are done with the bike ride, you can stay and enjoy the Festival at North Park which will take place immediately following the bike ride(s).

The 3-mile ride is the "Family Ride" - which is probably most appropriate for the little ones. Lanes of traffic will be blocked off with police officers at major intersections to get your family around the course quickly and SAFELY.

The 10-mile ride is the steepest of the courses, but can be riden by anyone if you have the stamina for it!

The 16-mile ride is a doosy! This course will take you through approximately 75% of the entire City and should take about an hour to an hour and a half for experienced riders.

All three rides will be marked with colored signs out on the courses so you wont get lost. Maps and instructions will be given out at North Park prior to the start of the rides. No cost to participate! Just bring your bikes, helmets and some good old fashioned will-power to pedal! (If you do not have a helmet, the event will be happy to provide one to you - while supplies last.)
