The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), in partnership with the Miami Conservancy District - MCD, is making safety improvements to the Great Miami River Trail in Miamisburg.
This work will take place near the Linden Avenue and Miami Avenue intersection. Improvements include a new curb ramp, high-visibility crosswalk markings and flashing pedestrian beacon signs.
To complete the project, the trail between Linden Avenue and Rice Field will be closed beginning Monday, Aug. 10, 2026. A signed detour will be available during the closure.
The project is expected to be finished by mid-October 2026.
