The three free summer concerts being staged by Rock Piqua! are being presented by the Piqua Arts Council and Mainstreet Piqua, with some key assistance from Positively Promoting Piqua. A number of other Piqua organizations, businesses and individuals are expected to help sponsor and stage the series.
