Bike with a Ranger - Huffman Prairie/Mad River

The ride will start out from the Huffman Prairie Flying Field Interpretive Center along the Huffman Prairie Trail (parking/restrooms available) to Deed's Point and McCook Field and back along the Mad River Trail. This 14 mile round trip will also include a stop for a picnic, so make sure to pack a lunch.

Greene Trails Cycling Classic 2016 offers a unique 'camp' environment for those seeking a family-like atmosphere featuring the five paved trails in Greene County.  Come attend for one to four days, enjoy the trails, delicious meals, entertainment and memories for a lifetime. The 100-Mile Century Ride or 61-Mile Metric Century Ride is a highlight with commemorative awards presented at the annual dinner banquet.

2015 Miami Valley Cycling Summit

Don't miss Bike Miami Valley's premier cycling advocacy event - the Miami Valley Cycling Summit.  The 2015 summit, the fourth summit since 2009, will be held at the Ft. Piqua Plaza in wonderful downtown Piqua, Ohio - at the northern end of the Great Miami River Trail.

The Bike The 'Boro event is the first part of a great day of fun in Springboro on August 30!

Great Miami Trail Re-Opens North of Miamisburg

Trail damage caused by heavy storms in June resulted in a trail closure at Sycamore Creek, just north of downtown Miamisburg.  As of July 7, 2014, this trail repair project has been completed by the Miami Conservancy District and the trail has been re-opened for use by the general public. You can read more about the issue here.

Medlar-Austin Bikeway Public Meeting

Officials are seeking public input on the connector during a forum set for 4:30 p.m. at Medlar View Elementary School, 4400 Medlar Road in Miamisburg. The proposed connection will linkthe Medlar Bikeway to teh existing Austin Pike Bikeway at Byers Road.  Alternative routes will be presented with input sought on the choices.
