Arcanum. An expanded full weekend of fun in “cyclist heaven.” Unique event where rest stops are converted to donut stops and for each donut a rider eats, five minutes is deducted from their finish time. Beautiful flat course, 1,600 riders, 750 dozen donuts in 2012! New this year: The Double (D)onut Challenge: 64 miles with four donut stops.
Free kids events, camping, sleeping bag space, music and entertainment, family fun.
Dayton area. Celebrate the 111th anniversary of powered flight by riding in the countryside near where bicycle makers Wilbur and Orville Wright developed their revolutionary Flyer. Route choices: 25/50/62/100 flat to very hilly miles. Well-marked and lightly-traveled roads, friendly volunteers, ample food including homemade cookies.

Oregonia. Entry fee and required pledges on this fundraiser for MS. A fully-supported, two-day event with riding through scenic countryside and beautiful small towns in Southwestern Ohio. Start/finish/overnight in Oregonia with route choices of 25/50/75 miles per day, 100 miles on Saturday. Extras include meals, beer garden, swimming pool, music, tent village, festivities.
Springfield. Ride starts in state park and overnights in the German Village of Columbus. Riders travel 50+ miles per day on flat to rolling roads and bikeways. Sag supported with rest stops along the way. Stroll through charming German Village, dinner on your own in one of the many area restaurants, visit shops, enjoy the company of your fellow riders.
